In case of problems with delivery of the newspaper and other products due to the weather the distributor reports to the district leader. He has the responsability to find a solution for a sale handling from situation to situation in accordance with the regulations of The Health and Safety at Work Act. It is a good idea to prepare the paperboys ahead if the weather points towards coming problems in order to make the paperboys careful and attentive to their own safety.
